The radio is a Philco C-1550, used on all 1937-8 Chrysler products.  See  below for proper control head for 1938 Plymouth

This is unrestored, original condition

$385 for the radio box alone with no control head.

Control head for 1938 Plymouth, $400 with the radio box, above, $165 without the radio box.

note that the discoloration visible in the upper left is where some of the chrome is worn away and you see the brass underneath.  The same control head (with different trim) was used on all Chrysler products that offered radios in 1937 and 8 from what I can determine.

Original owner's manual for 1938 Plymouth P5 and P6 - this is not a reproduction.  71 pages, includes a card you send in "if you know a friend thinking of buying a Plymouth"  $38.
Original (not a reproduction) shop manual, printed in 1937, for P5 and P6 Plymouth - there are some notes, instructions and so on, as you can see to the right - in pretty good (not absolutely pristine) condition.  $75
Clutch lever check that this looks like the lever on your car - it could be from a 48 or a 38, no longer sure $10
Window Crank Handle, nice condition as you can see. This handle came off a car that was stored in the desert - it is in very good condition with nice distinct white on gray marbling- one side of the knob is weathered, one side is like new - I've had good luck sanding these knobs and then polishing. The knob rotates and is not loose, there is just the tiniest bit of pitting visible with a magnifying glass.
